All finished glass products are inspected in accordance with applicable flat glass standards, as well as additional requirements for processing quality. Inspections focus on dimensional accuracy, tolerance compliance, and overall manufacturing precision. For decorated glass liquor bottles, special attention is given to the sharpness and clarity of patterns and markings. All glass edges must be smooth and intact; chipped or damaged edges are not acceptable. Inspection of Glass Sheets Glass sheets are primarily evaluated based on visual and surface quality. This includes checking overall flatness and inspecting for common defects such as bubbles, inclusions, scratches, streaks, and haze. Glass with these defects may deform during use and may exhibit reduced transparency, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. Such materials are not recommended for structural or industrial applications. Due to the transparent nature of glass, most quality defects can be reliably identified through visual inspection. Inspection of Hollow Glass Bricks Hollow glass bricks must be free from cracks and visible structural defects. The glass body must not contain unmelted opaque materials, and poor fusion or bonding between glass sections is not permitted. Surface concavity on the main face must not exceed 1 mm, and surface convexity must not exceed 2 mm. Each unit must meet specified weight requirements. In addition, glass bricks must be free from warping, chips, burrs, or edge defects. All corners must be square and uniform. The glass body must not show ripples, air bubbles, or layered streaks caused by material inhomogeneity.
